Range Roe,ver Evoqu the luxury compact SUV, is becoming more beautiful with better digital connectivity with the launch of the new Range Rover Evoque Autobiography.
Range Rover Evoque - A Dynamic and Refined SUV
As the Range Rover family celebrates their fiftieth anniversary, the new Range Rover Evoque Autobiography is at the forefront of compact SUVs, with the refinement and luxury associated with the Range Rover name for five decades.
Evoque Autobiography Premium Special Edition features a sleek exterior and luxurious interior. A plug-in hybrid version is also available to customers who want greater sustainability and efficiency in their premium compact SUV.
Professor Jerry McGovern, Creative Director at Land Rover, said: “The Range Rover Evoque Autobiography fulfills the Range Rover’s everlasting promise of modern, refined looks both on the outside and on the inside. Since the emergence of the iconic Evoque in 2010, this vehicle has been eye-catching, and its personality is further enhanced with new elegant details such as lettering and copper stripes on the exterior of the Range Rover Evoque Autobiography.

The new Evoque Lafayette is also available, with the distinctive contrast roof in "Nolita" Gray. Inspired by the modern neighborhoods of New York City, this edition is based on the Evoque model with essential features, features a hand-picked kit of extras, and is available with the P330e plug-in hybrid powertrain.
Following the launch of the P300e plug-in hybrid powertrains earlier in 2020, new engine options have been added in the Evoque.
There are two new models of the modern four-cylinder Ingenium diesel engines, both of which incorporate the MHEV technology.
By using a belt drive motor and a combined battery, cars equipped with this technology harvest the energy normally wasted when decelerating, and feed them into the car's 48-volt battery.

The result is a smoother stop-and-go process and increased fuel economy, giving customers the benefits of electric cars without the need to charge them.
These engines are available with 165 hp and 200 hp, and are more powerful and more efficient than the engines that take their place, with the engine's CO emissions reaching 158 g / km, and fuel economy savings of 6.0 l / 100 km (46.7 mph).
The Range Rover Evoque's first 1.5-liter "Ingenium" petrol engine is available with the Range Rover Evoque's first eight-speed automatic transmission, giving customers an efficient yet refined choice.
The advanced three-cylinder P160 engine - used in the P300e plug-in hybrid powertrain - delivers 160 hp (118 kW) and 260 Nm of torque, providing a satisfactory combination of performance and economy, thanks to the vehicle's lightweight, front-wheel-drive construction.
Customers still have several additional petrol engine options with 200hp, 250hp and 300hp, all equipped with MHEV technology.
The digital experience in the Evoque interior has been upgraded, as it is equipped with the Land Rover Pivi infotainment system for the first time. The system is able to operate immediately after switching on, and uses a separate internet connection and a separate battery, which means that there is no delay.
Software updates are available via the connected software available in the car with a built-in Internet connection at no additional cost, and it can be scheduled to take place at specific intervals.
Alex Hislop, Director of Electrical Engineering, Jaguar Land Rover, said: “We have updated the infotainment system on our best-selling compact SUV by introducing the new electric vehicle chassis and the new Bivi system for the first time, and thanks to the new equipment and software in Range Rover. Evoque, the car is more digital than ever. Our customers can now benefit from this system with its excellent responses and ease of use as a smart phone, and the quality increases with the passage of time thanks to the updates provided through the connected software technology. ”
